YOUNG BUCK PLEADS INNOCENCE OVER ‘BAR FIGHT BRAWL’ WITH AFROMAN’S CREW

Written by on July 3, 2023

Young Buck is maintaining his innocence after getting into a fight with Afroman’s crew last month.

TMZ reported the former G-Unit rapper got into a physical altercation with several Afroman affiliates at a venue in Abingdon, Virginia on June 25.

According to the report, Young Buck refused to leave the stage after performing at The Zarati Shop before getting into it with Afroman’s artist Lil Sodi.

Buck allegedly slapped Sodi in the stomach in the VIP section, which set off a scuffle between him and members of the “Because I Got High” rapper’s entourage.

Young Buck took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday (July 2) to double down on his previous claim that he wasn’t responsible for what happened that night.

“Sometimes u need a good old fashion bar brawl!!!” he wrote. “But I’m #notguilty.”

In a since-deleted Instagram post at the time, Young Buck called out Afroman and accused his crew of attempting to jump him.

“Listen @ogafroman I take all fades thug…. with you or ya n-ggas [100 emoji],” he wrote. “Ya’ll n-ggas try to jump me tho [crying laughing emoji] I came to show love. [crying laughing emojis]!! N-gga this #cashville first and always NH60!!”

He added: “They should of told u I got hands thug [face with glasses emoji]!!. Come see what this shit do [100 emoji] [exclamation points emojis] [face with glasses emojis].”

Afroman also shared his side of the story, calling Buck his “brother” but telling him to quit assaulting strangers and “control his alcohol and drugs.”

“Young Bucc is my blacc brother,” he wrote. “Young Bucc is my brother in Christ. Young needs to stop punching people he don’t know in the stomach. Young Bucc needs to control his alcohol and drugs.

“If he’s going to be out in society, he needs to be civil. I forgive Young Bucc. I’m praying for Young Bucc God bless you brother.”
