‘LOVE & HIP HOP: HOLLYWOOD’ STAR + FUTURE’S VIDEO VIXEN APPLE WATTS ‘UNRESPONSIVE’ AFTER FIERY CAR CRASH

Former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood personality Apple Watts is currently fighting for her life after she was involved in a serious car accident en route from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on Wednesday (March 23).
According to The Shade Room, Watts’ sister confirmed her black Mercedes and a Ford F250 diesel truck collided on I-15, causing Watts’ vehicle to flip multiple times and burst into flames. Watts is now “unresponsive” at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas clinging to life with a fractured skull, broken spine and shattered arm. She needed to be life-flighted from the scene of the accident in Baker, California.
Even if Watts does regain consciousness, her family is concerned the 36-year-old will have to re-learn basic functions such as walking and feeding herself.
Watts rose to notoriety during Seasons 5 and 6 of the popular VH1 reality show. The series chronicled her transition from exotic dancer to music artist, and all the drama that ensued. She also starred in Future’s 2016 video for “Wicked” from his Evol album.
Officials are still investigating the cause of the accident but don’t believe drugs or alcohol played a role.
